The first sign is to look at the handle.
Yours have a knurled 'ring' halfway up on the handle that is not supposed to be there.
Second thing is to look for "Made on England" on the inside of the head.
Third thing is the end knob on the handle. It should have a grey or dark blue Wilkinson sword logo on the end of the handle (the color indicates if it was sold on the US or European market).
There are other signs as well such as the metal used and the underside of the head but those are sufficient to, in this case, identify it as a East European made clone.
Now, that's not necessarily a bad thing as these clones are actually these days more rare then the original Stickies themselves and tend to sell for similar amount
